1. Install a set of water treatment system to soften and purify the reclaimed water, so that it is not easy to scale, and pump it into the cooling pipeline with a pressure pump to increase the pressure. Install a filter screen at the water inlet and clean the filter screen regularly. This is simple and convenient to maintain, at the same time, it reduces the failure rate of equipment and prolongs the service life of the system.

2. Dismantle the original water inlet main pipeline, increase the nozzle diameter (from the original ∮20cm to ∮40cm) to increase the flow area, remove the original backwashing waterway, replace it with stainless steel pipeline with smooth inner wall, and increase the nozzle diameter (from the original ∮ 15cm to ∮ 20cm) to reduce the formation of scale on the pipe wall, and change the series pipeline in the unit into parallel pipeline. After modification, the resistance of the cooling pipeline is reduced, and the amount of water entering the oil cooler is increased, thus achieving the purpose of reducing the oil temperature and exhaust temperature.

After the system is reformed and used, the cooling effect of the equipment is obviously improved, and the temperature rise phenomenon is basically eliminated. The air quality becomes better, the oil consumption decreases, and the efficiency of air compressor increases accordingly. Through the above transformation measures, the phenomenon of high exhaust temperature has basically not happened since the air compressor has been running continuously. The air compressor can run for a long time under any weather conditions and load conditions, and the exhaust temperature can be controlled between 80℃ and 90℃, which is completely within the ideal temperature index range of the screw air compressor, and the economic benefits of the enterprise have also been obviously improved.
