Step 1 prepare for driving


1.1 introduce low-pressure N2 into the device, and open the stop valve of the granulation main gallery.

1.2 introduce instrument air to the device, and open the stop valve of the granulation main gallery.

1.3 introduce factory air to the device, and open the stop valve of granulation main gallery.

1.4 Introduce refined water to the device, and open the stop valve of the granulation main gallery.

1.5 Introduce low-pressure steam to the device, and open the stop valve of the main granulating gallery.

1.6 Introduce circulating water to the device, and open the stop valve of the main gallery of the granulating pipe.

1.7 Single machine commissioning completed

1.8 Mechanical debugging of extruder is completed.

1.9 The instrument, control valve and interlocking system are jointly calibrated and put into use.

1.10 Safety, fire fighting and communication facilities are in good condition for standby.

1.11 Safety valve is verified to be qualified and put into use.

1.12 Device power supply has been sent.

1.13 Confirm the alarm list and eliminate the alarm.


2 Put powder conveying PK801 system into use, and check that D802 of powder warehouse reaches normal material level.

7 EX-851 has the starting conditions.

7.1 Confirm that all dynamic equipment of granulation system is powered on.

7.2 Confirm that the additive is prepared.

7.3 Confirm that the silo D802 reaches a high material level, and open the manual slide valve at the lower part of D802.

Confirm that the cutter head is installed, and the cutter is sharp and without gaps.

7.5 Confirm that the speed of EX-851 is adjusted to a certain gear)

7.6 Confirm that DCS and main control panel have no abnormal alarm.

7.7 Confirm the cooling water flow of the main motor.

7.8 Confirm that SF801 meets the startup conditions, and operate automatically.

7.10 Confirm that RF802 meets the startup conditions, and operate automatically.

7.11 Confirm that W804A/B/C/D/E meets the startup conditions.

7.12 Confirm that silicone oil, shovel, hook and car are in good condition for standby.

7.13 Confirm that the centralized suction system and the central dust removal system are put into use.

7.14 Confirm that the upstream gate valve of RF802 is open.

7.15 Confirm that A-504 is put into use.

7.16 Confirm A608 putting-in-service proactively

7.17 Confirm that A-511 is put into use.

7.18 Confirm that ESV83503 is tangential to the ground.

7.19 confirm the cylinder cooling water system putting-in-service proactively

7.20 Confirm that the heat transfer oil system is put into use.

7.21 Confirm that the temperature of each section of the extruder is normal.

7.28 W804A/B/C/D/E "Automatic" Operation Mode

8.EX851 startup

8.1 Drive motor clutch

8.2 The clutch of starting motor has been "engaged"

8.3 "Start-up motor allowed light" is on.

8.4 Click on the PLC screen and press the start button to start the motor.

8.5 After the motor torque value of the starting motor is less than 5 seconds after XSL83230, and the starting motor has been running for 30 seconds, the signal that the main motor can run is sent.

8.6 "SO3 start MD1" on PLC flashes blue.

8.7 Click "SO3 start MD1" on the PLC, and press the start key to start the main motor.

8.8 SF801 self-starting

8.9 W801 and W804A(BCDE) self-start.

8.10 Drag the material at the starting valve

8.18 Remove the protective cover of the granulator head.

8.21 Check that there is no sundries on the track of the granulating trolley.

9.EX-851 parking

9.1 Stop the granulation unit.

9.2 Slowly reduce the load and observe the torque of the main motor.

9.3 manually press SQ2 stop button on PLC screen.

9.5 Clutch Disengagement

9.6 The feeding system stops automatically (RF802, W801, W804A/B/C/D, P810A/B, P811A/B, SF801).

9.7 15 seconds cutter back from the template.

9.8 Stop the granulator for 30 seconds

9.15 Release the mold, move the granulating trolley back to the position, and loosen the key and switch of the granulating trolley.

9.16 Thoroughly clean the template, apply silicone oil and check the cutter head.

9.17 Stop the melt indexer.

9.18 Confirm that there is no material at the starting valve.

9.19 Switch and clean the screen changer.
